The DEN
The EPSE Youth Empowerment Hub also known as SPEED is a proposed 10,000-square-foot community center in Birmingham AL designed to support teens through comprehensive educational, vocational, and personal development programming. The facility will serve as a safe, structured, and inspiring space where youth can build practical life skills, explore career pathways, and develop confidence as they transition into adulthood.Rooted in EPSE2021’s mission of Education, Protection, Safety, and Empowerment, the center takes a holistic, community-based approach to youth development. By combining education, workforce readiness, health and wellness, and entrepreneurship under one roof, the Hub will equip young people with the tools they need to achieve self-sufficiency, resilience, and long-term success.
